This unit has an infrared proximity sensor with an adjustable sensor range of 1"-6". Because a sensor activates water flow, it has several advantages over a traditional handle-style faucet. It is hands-free, which reduces the opportunity for germs to spread, and it also prevents the faucet from running when it's not needed, which helps to cut down on your water bill. Additionally, the sensor comes with a 30 second timeout feature to prevent sink overflow and ensure water is being used only as needed.
Convenient Power Supply
This faucet is powered by (4) AA batteries (sold separately), or you can use the optional UL certified AC wall adapter with a level VI efficiency rating. The control box and sensor cable install beneath the countertop for a clean presentation, with easy access when you need to service the faucet.

Faucet Centers: If your faucet has a base with 2 inlets, measure the distance from the center of one inlet to the center of the other. This number must match the spacing of your building’s water lines (adjustable centers will help with the spacing). If mounting through the backsplash on a sink, the center measurement must also fit within the pre-drilled mounting holes.
Flex Hoses: If your faucet has flex hoses make sure that they will reach your building’s water lines.
Spout length: Make sure that the faucet spout will fit comfortably over your sink bowl and not extend too far / not far enough. If you plan to use a swing spout over a multi-bowl sink, make sure it will reach all of the bowls.
