This unit also features quarter-turn ceramic cartridges that provide a much lower fail rate than compression cartridges. In this design, 2 ceramic discs fit together to create a watertight seal when closed, removing the need for a rubber seat washer. The height of the faucet is great but it is not built well. A small thin metal clip is the only thing that holds the handle in. It pops out of its groove constantly. I recommend to get a faucet that has a normal spout to fill sinks. The pressure is much too high and the water is spraying everywhere and cold time it hits the sink.
