Waring WEK200 Cordless Rechargeable Lithium Ion Electric Knife Set

Do you know how hard it is to find a good cordless electric knife? After mentioning it offhand to my mother as a Christmas present idea, I sure do. Luckily, I found this guy eventually and Christmas was saved!

I use this knife in my BBQ business ,I can not operated without it. I have owned at least five knifes in the last 15 months. they last about 9 weeks at most. They have a defect they break where the blades are inserted. The company has issued new knifes when I returned them. Just wish they could fix them to hold up. I know I am not the only one that has had them break. If they would ask I would help them with better design. Great knife it just don't hold up long!

The cordless rechargeable lithium ion electric knife set has met and gone far beyond our expectations. Before buying this knife, we had been purchasing inexpensive knives that had not proven to be effective in cutting hard breads and other items. With this knife the blades are remarkable. They slice and dice with ease. Since I have arthritis in my hands, the ease of handling this knife is five star. WE have purchased two of these knives. They cut well but the knife holder does not hold up. Both have had plastic piece of handle break off.

Purchased cordless knife set a little over a year ago. Only used it for cutting bread and it just stop reciprocating; sound like the gears striped out. I really didn't expect that poor of quality for a very expensive electric knife. Up to that point it would like a charm and i would of given it the highest ratings. Read a couple of other review with similar problem

It works well for what it is and the price. The battery last long enough for our needs, probably several hours worth of cutting before needing to be changed. We do a lot of trimming with it and it has held up well. It won't ever replace our traditional serrated knives that we do the bulk of our work with, but it is a good complement.

We had purchased this electric knife in anticipation to relieve our Sandwich Chef's shoulder and have the bread cutting be less of a strain on their body. Unfortunately, the knife 'bogs down' and looses power after slicing a single slice of bread (the bread for our sandwiches is a simple loaf - not too 'crusty' or hard). This knife is no use as we do not have time in the busy cafe to charge it between single bread slices.

This electric knife is great for cutting though softer meat items such as braised brisket or BBQ without making them fall to pieces. It's also great for cold deli meats as well

This Waring electric knife is hands down the best choice for our local chefs! We have brought in many different brand electric knifes in the past that have just not done the job... this one however has gotten great reviews and kept our customers very happy. This is the only electric knife our store will be stocking from here on out!!!

Beware of product information. This item is only good for right handed, with product positions to the left, positioning. Not interchangeable and cannot use for any item that is fixed. Probably works good for turkey

This knife is awesome,it has saved my butt several times since using it. i can cut beautiful slices off a brisket flat and cut slightly over done ribs with out falling apart on me! The best part about this knife is there is no cord keeping you stationary!
