This heavy-duty, 20-gauge stainless steel cabinet is cooler to the touch than competitive units which makes for easier and safer transport. It also features an energy efficient heating system that reduces energy usage by 33%. Plus, it reaches your holding temperature 16% faster than other brands of holding cabinets.

This mobile cabinet is ideal for hospitals or nursing homes since it can be loaded in your kitchen and then transported to the dining room or serving area. For security during transportation, this model has field reversible heavy-duty hinges, a latch mechanism, and gaskets. The top mounted, recessed control panel is out of the way during transport while 5" casters, two swivel casters with brakes and two rigid casters, make it easy to roll the unit around your restaurant or banquet venue.

This holding cabinet can accommodate up to (18) 18" x 26" pans or (36) 12" x 20" pans on its removable, fixed interior pan supports. The adjustable electronic thermostat/thermometer ranges from ambient to 190 degress Fahrenheit with a temperature read-out dial. Plus, to maintain even internal temperatures, this heated holding cabinet features 1000W of heating power and a blower motor. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.

Insulated and non-insulated holding cabinets both offer the same function by holding food at safe temperatures for hours until ready to serve, but for best results it's important to make a purchase based on your desired application. Non-Insulated Holding Cabinets are intended for applications where the doors will be closed for the majority of the day, such as proofing bread or keeping back-up portions hot. Insulated Holding Cabinets are better suited for keeping food hot when the doors will be opened and closed much more frequently, since they are better equipped at retaining the heat.
