This cheese melter does its job as it should be, be be aware the you have to replace the quartz heaters periodically. inanition the sockets that hold those heating tubs ne to be replaced as well (both of them) so you have to unscrew the cover and unbolt the sockets and finally reconnect the electric wires. It takes me about 30 to 40 min every tines and no-one in my team is able to do it, so I better be there. Now you can buy those parts at [], $30 for a heating tub and about the same for each sockets, but they are not very good quality so they will ware out in 2 or 3 month. The technician from Vulcan told me to buy the genuine parts, but 2 sockets + 1 tub comes to $. (check on this website before you buy! Maintenance cost is about $700 a year for me
