This cheese melter is perfect for melting cheese, heating chips, and browning a variety of foods for an ideal crispy taste. Solid state thermostatic controls and rack activated power heaters allow for a customized and effortless experience that provides consistent results each time you use this cheese melter.
Simply flip the master switch to the "ON" position and the energy efficient melter will begin to heat up to its standby mode of 25% heat. Once you load your food to any one of the four adjustable rack positions, the micro switch boosts the quartz heaters to 100% for even cooking. A red indicator light lets you see that the unit is on for quick identification. This cheese melter boasts a stainless steel front, top, sides, and interior for both an attractive appearance and quality performance. In addition, the four legs can be adjusted up to 4" to conform to your kitchen's design with minimal interference. A 240V electrical connection is required.

This cheese melter does its job as it should be, be be aware the you have to replace the quartz heaters periodically. inanition the sockets that hold those heating tubs ne to be replaced as well (both of them) so you have to unscrew the cover and unbolt the sockets and finally reconnect the electric wires. It takes me about 30 to 40 min every tines and no-one in my team is able to do it, so I better be there. Now you can buy those parts at [], $30 for a heating tub and about the same for each sockets, but they are not very good quality so they will ware out in 2 or 3 month. The technician from Vulcan told me to buy the genuine parts, but 2 sockets + 1 tub comes to $. (check on this website before you buy! Maintenance cost is about $700 a year for me
