Smooth Plates

We ordered this item and it was delivered within a couple of days. We had a new plug installed by electrician to meet the electrical guidelines. We plugged it in out of the box and only one side would heat up. We tried different plugs and methods, and could not get the other side to get hot at all. When we reached out to Webstaurant, they could not help, they only referred us to the manufacturer which is an automated line and no help. We will not be purchasing any more appliances or large items from Webstaurant again.
