Featuring several perforated holes across the bottom of the pan, this pan allows hot air to flow between the pan and crust. This design speeds up the baking and ensures even crispier crusts due to added perforation. Additionally, the extra perforations drain more grease and prevent soggy crust. The cutter style pan also allows you to cut the dough on the rims for perfectly round dough. Use this efficient design at your pizzeria or restaurant.
