Vollrath PC12FPHC Details

Quickly and evenly bake your pizza with this Vollrath PC12FPHC 12" mega perforated hard coat anodized heavy weight aluminum cutter pizza pan. Featuring several perforated holes across the bottom and sides of the pan, this pan allows hot air to flow between the pan and crust. This design speeds up the baking and ensures crispier crusts. Additionally, the full perforations drain grease from all sides and prevent soggy crust. Thanks to the dark, non-reflective coloring of the hard coat anodized aluminum finish, this pan heats up quicker and gets hotter than typical aluminum pans for a faster baking time. The cutter style pan also allows you to cut the dough on the rims for perfect round dough. Use this efficient design at your pizzeria or restaurant.

Made of 14 gauge, 3000 series aluminum, this pan distributes heat throughout the pan for even cooking. Plus, it's dent- and warp-resistant for long, dependable use! The hard coat anodized finish is thicker and stronger than a clear coat finish, and will not react with acidic foods like tomato sauce. The coating also makes it ideal for seasoning so you never have to worry about your crusts sticking to the pan. Avoid corrosion, oxidation, and staining by using this hard coat anodized finish pan that also provides excellent resistance against abrasions.

Attention CA Residents:

Customer questions about this product

How do I “prepare” this pan for use?

Prior to your first use, this pan should be thoroughly cleaned and degreased, as well as seasoned once or twice. Check out our "How to Season Your Pans" video for more information. Our Pizza Pan buying guide also provides great use and care tips.

How does a dark pan affect the baking process?

Darker pans absorb and radiate more heat than lighter pans, so they will bake your cakes and pizzas faster and produce darker edges / bottoms. When baking with a darker pan, it is recommended to reduce the oven temperature by 25 degrees Fahrenheit and check on your product 10 minutes early.

How is the depth of this pan measured?

For greater accuracy on the depth of this pan, the height is measured at an angle from the base to the outer lip. This accounts for the actual angles of the tapered sides.
