Keep your most popular cold foods chilled throughout the day with the Vollrath FC-4CS-03120-N NSF7 short side three pan drop-in refrigerated cold food well! Designed to hold pre-chilled food at a safe serving temperature for up to 4 hours, this cold food well is perfect for restaurants, cafeterias, and buffets. The well accommodates 3 standard 12" x 20" pans with adapter bars. The 3" recess also lowers food pans (sold separately) below the work surface to help minimize the impact of ambient air.
This unit uses a R-513A refrigerant, a non-flammable, low global warming potential refrigerant, so your well is safer and more eco-conscious. The well is surrounded by refrigeration coils for optimal cooling and high density polyurethane foam insulation to help you save energy. A 1/5 hp compressor ensures your food is reliably kept cold throughout the day!
For long-lasting durability, this unit features a 20 gauge galvanized steel exterior housing and 300 series stainless steel well and flange. Plus, there's a full-perimeter drip edge to help contain spills and condensation within the countertop area of the drop-in unit. The remote On / Off switch has a 4' cord for added convenience. A 1" drain siphons runoff from inside the well. Intended for top-mount installation, a 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
