Keep your most popular cold foods chilled throughout the day with the Vollrath 36657 short side three pan ice-cooled drop in cold food well! This food well is designed to be used with ice so that you can keep cold foods at safe holding temperatures in locations without electricity. Its spacious interior has enough room to fit two full size food pans, and its molded gasket and 3/8" overhang ensure this well sits flush with your countertop. The 1" drain siphons runoff and melted ice from inside the well, and the entire unit is insulated with polyurethane foam to ensure premium energy efficiency. The positioning clips make installation a snap, and thanks to its stainless steel and galvanized steel construction, this food well has outstanding durability.
