The non-mirrored surface won't show fingerprints, keeping your display in top viewing shape all day or night. This plate is designed to hold (1) 13" x 12" casserole pan and (1) 9" x 6 1/2" half oval pan. These openings allow the bottoms of your serving pans to rest securely under the tabletop. This is a great feature for accommodating hidden chafers, which keep your food at the proper serving temperature throughout the duration of any event. Easy to clean, this adapter plate boasts a corner design to ensure a secure fit in your standard 12" x 20" hot or cold well opening.
