Ideal for buffets and self-serve stations, the Vollrath 72705017 Cayenne 24" strip warmer gives you premium heating power in a compact unit! This strip warmer features 550 watts of power and comes with remote infinite controls to give you total control over your equipment in one central location. The aluminum heater housing is designed to supply maximum durability with minimal weight, and the adjustable anodized aluminum reflector generates heat over a wide surface area to maintain food safe holding temperatures. The element is protected in a sheath to ensure long product life, and it is specially designed to disperse heat more effectively than conventional elements. For fast and easy access, the element's housing can be accessed by removing two small screws.
