With its deep edges, you can produce crispy-crusted, thick pizza slices that your patrons will love, no matter what the topping. Thanks to the dark, non-reflective coloring of the hard coat anodized aluminum finish, this pan heats up quicker and gets hotter than typical aluminum pans for a faster baking time. Made of 14 gauge, 3000 series aluminum, this pan is sturdy and reliable and will retain its shape even after repeated use.
Each Vollrath deep dish pizza pan is a high-strength aluminum pan, made with a durable, hard coat anodized surface that will not chip, peel, rust, or interact with acidic ingredients like tomato sauce. Thicker and more protective than a clear coat anodized surface, it is also dent- and warp-resistant while providing excellent resistance against abrasions. The coating also makes it ideal for seasoning so you never have to worry about your crusts sticking to the pan. Tough enough to resist the use and abuse of commercial kitchens, this pan will help you achieve a perfect deep dish crust. After seasoning, a small amount of oil on the surface of this pan will keep food from sticking and make cleanup easy.
