This fork is a beast!! We use these forks hundreds of times a day in and out of a 500+ degree oven. We actually use it to slide pizza pans with sandwiches, bbq items and pizza's [ some weigh over 6lbs] in, out, and around our large stone ovens. The only thing that ever happens to them is the points of the forks wear down from being ran across the stone. Anything would wear down but they last 5-6mo of this abuse before it's almost time to retire them. Considering the heat and weight of what we use these for we are beyond happy! Great, great product and the hook is great for quick hanging it from a cart or rack while it endures this fast paced abuse. Not sure what we will do if they ever stop producing these. Buy one and see yourself!

This is a must have product for any restaurant. It is heavy weight and the points are sharp. It hangs nicely off the side of a pot making it easily accessible.
The Vollrath 21" Handle Pot Fork is a high quality product. It is rather long and heavy, but it does pick up a large roast ! I will purchase again!
