Vollrath 5332 64 oz. Aluminum Dipper

This little Aluminum dipper is a great tool that we use daily. We use this dipper for scooping pho broth into bowls and it does a great job. The reason we paid the expensive price was the quality of Vollrath. The weld on the handle is precision welded and the shape of the pouring noses are perfectly formed. The only thing I would add to the dipper is a hole or hook on the end so that it can be hung to dry. Besides that, would buy again!

This is a great buy! I use this every Single day and I have not yet had any Problems! Its strong and large enough for resturant Use!

This large 30 ounce dipper is nice for portioning batter for deep frying! It works well for portioning a prepared stock or sauce into small convenient sized containers!!!

Dippers are great for big batches of soups or stocks. It makes it a lot easier to scoop the product into buckets and cool. Very sturdy and the handle doesn't get hot quickly.

when it comes to dippers you need to have a product that holds up to constant use. and is super easy to clean. this does it all and with its seamless design cleans out with a breese.
