This Vollrath Jacob's Pride 47004 14" piano whip/whisk has a one-piece, 4 1/2", ergonomic, nylon-covered handle that is completely sealed to ensure sanitary conditions. A knob end on the handle prevents slippage. The item comes with comfortable, sure grip nubs and is heat resistant to 475 degrees Fahrenheit.
This whip/whisk features piano style wires; fine wires for mixing or aerating thinner food products. The wires are constructed from 18-8 stainless steel to resist corrosion and rusting with a center reinforcement wire to eliminate bending, twisting and deforming.
