Decent ladle for the price. There's a few slightly rough edges here or there, but they're not sharp. Compared to the other 4 oz no-name brand they sell here: it's fairly similar, but with a narrower handle, they are both marked made in India, and this one has the Vollrath and NSF stamps.

Fairly thin, but sturdy enough to do its job. Excellent finish and easy to clean.
The ladle was much too large and will probably never use it. Had to find a shelf to store it on out in the garage. It didn't make a tidy pour like I had hoped and didn't need quite that long of a handle. My wild squirrels continue to faithfully tell me thank you for keeping them supplied in peanuts even though wild birds also have become regular consumers!

Vollrath always constitutes quality. We have stocked Vollrath utensils since we first opened our restaurant in 2007. Perfect for commercial use and daily chores. We even use them on our farm for dipping into minerals for our animals. Dad keeps one in his garage for applying motor oil and other liquids to numerous farm machinery, and Mom has an entire set in her kitchen at our home. They are incredibly durable and well worth the cost.
