Instead of using the chafer for commercial uses, I use it to adorn my dinner table at home. The mirror-finish is absolutely gorgeous, and with the cover on the chafer, the food keeps rather well. I can preserve the temperature for hours at times, and the aroma when the lid is taken off definitely helps improve appetites!
