This sandwich grill features flat top and bottom plates made of triple-layered aluminum to help increase heat-up and recovery times, while the built-in heating elements increase efficiency while delivering 1800 watts of power. Its thermostatic controls let you adjust the temperature to best cook your signature dishes, and its adjustable handle stays cool to the touch when in use. For easy cleaning, this grill comes with a grease cup, and its simple design is easy to wipe down.

Pass on this grill unless you want to smoke up your business! we bought this item to replace a warring grill... big mistake! used it for three days and had to open all windows and doors cause of the smoke this grill produces. Back to warring we go. and not from webstaurantstore.com!
This Vollrath Smooth Top and Bottom Panini Sandwich grill is better than described and I have no complaints. Good size but hope for larger sizes in the future. My only complaint is that it takes a little bit for it to warm to the pre-selected temperature but the size and durability make up for this tiny shortcoming. The shipping was faster than expected and the unit was very well protected.
Just ordered a replacement to our first Vollrath Press, really like the machine, heating element wore out after almost 2 years so pretty good life expectancy in my opinion. We use this to heat up tortillas and make quesadillas and it works great for that!
