Perfect for buffet lines, this hot food table uses less energy than comparable models and concentrates energy within the wells to provide the best results with reduced operating costs. Each well has a resin liner that is reinforced for durability and accepts full size or fractional food pans up to 4" deep, and you can also use standard adapter plates or insets.

Thermostatic Controls
This hot food table has thermostatic controls to help your staff keep hot foods at the perfect serving temperatures. Each well has a total of 700W of heating power at 208V or 800W at 240V. Each control features a low water indicator light.
Plate Shelf
This steam table comes with a wide plate shelf on the front to where you can keep plates close at hand.
Easy to Clean
Brass drain valves make it easy to empty and clean the wells individually.
Stainless Steel Construction
The steam table's top and undershelf are made of durable 20 gauge stainless and the legs are made of 16 gauge stainless steel.

To make sure that you have plenty of space to store extra food pans, serving utensils, or other commonly used kitchen tools, this steam table comes with an undershelf. The undershelf is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel to last for a long time in your busy commercial environment.

What's the difference between open well and sealed well steam tables?
Open well tables can be used with spillage pans for moist heat holding, or without pans for dry heat holding of fried foods or other crispy items. This design allows the flexibility to have some of the wells using moist heat, and some of them using dry heat, at the same time. Open well tables do not have drains, so the spillage pans must be removed and emptied after service.
Sealed well tables do not need spillage pans; water is added directly to the well, and is emptied through a drain after service. However, sealed well tables should not be used for dry heat holding.
