We can all appreciate good quality products for everyone else to buy. These push blocks are excellent quality, but beware of chopping anything harder than a tomato. Onions will eventually lead to damage of your blade due to misalignment with push block. Id chopping tomatoes, employees will have to wash these with lots of care as the seeds get stuck in between the crevices, but this is not at fault of push block; this is a function of the chopping activity in question e.g. chopping tomatoes. Must clean with high pressure or use blade of sorts to push seeds out.
