The pusher head assembly on your Vollrath Redco 15103 InstaSlice fruit and vegetable cutter is an integral part of the operation of your unit, so replace a worn out or damaged part with this Vollrath 379071 pusher head assembly! Designed for easy, one-handed operation, this pusher head lets you push tomatoes safely and efficiently through the blades for perfect 1/4" slices every time. This assembly includes the pusher head fingers, two bolts, and a handle assembly. When paired with the appropriate blade assembly (sold separately), you can use this pusher head to convert other models of the InstaSlice cutter to a 1/4" slice size.
