This Vollrath 353435-1 lava rock kit is the perfect companion to CBGMD-60 60" medium-duty charbroilers! It includes 5 bags of lava rocks to get you started, and it contains the necessary hardware to equip your existing charbroiler for grilling with lava rocks. These lava rocks are heated by the burners in your grill and then evenly distribute that heat across the cooking surface while also catching drippings to create a smoky, savory flavor your customers will love!
