This Vollrath 351452-1 4 and 8 section corer push block is a direct replacement for the missing or damaged one that came with your InstaCut 5.1 series manual food processor. When paired with the appropriate corer blade assembly (sold separately), it helps produce 4 or 8 perfectly formed wedges while removing the core of the desired fruit or vegetable. It may also be used to change the cut style of other InstaCut 5.1 series models.
