Easy to Use
This cheese blocker features a sturdy arm and wire to easily cut through large hunks of cheese. By pulling up on the arm, the wire raises above the platform. To cut, simply place the cheese on the base and against the front plate. Lower the wire and pull it through the cheese using a slow, consistent movement. For added convenience, the front plate and base feature 1/2" measuring increments for accuracy.
