The Vollrath Traex® Color-Mate™ 1505-C19 green food storage drain box and lid set includes everything you need to easily drain and thaw products while reducing the risk of cross-contamination! When used along with other colors of food boxes, you can designate a different color for each type of food product in your kitchen. This set's green color is commonly used for produce. The perforated drain box nests inside the food box to keep the draining liquids away from your thawing or washed product. Each component's rugged polypropylene construction is designed to withstand years of heavy use, while convenient carrying handles make it easy to transport from walk-in to prep table and anywhere in between.
