Designed for cleaning hard-to-reach spaces, this food-safe scraper has a flexible stainless steel blade to easily remove burnt-on and sticky substances from your cooking equipment. This blade has slightly rounded corners to prevent damage to surfaces. The compact size of this scraper is perfect for cleaning in tight spaces, and the ergonomic handle is comfortable to hold for extended periods of use.

The blue polypropylene handle allows this scraper to be used as part of an HACCP color-coded system, helping to prevent cross-contamination in your kitchen. This threaded handle attaches to any Vikan extension handle (sold separately) for added reach. Use this scraper to remove burnt-on food, grease, or sticky substances found in your work areas.
