Hot Honey over King Salmon. Pat the salmon dry and season with salt. Now for the hot honey glaze: Mike's Hot Honey, of course! Combine whole grain mustard, soy sauce, garlic, lemon, and mix. Heat the glaze until it's thick and syrupy. Add oil in a hot pan and put the salmon in it, skin side down. Flip and sear on the other side. Generously apply the glaze to the salmon. Plate it and glaze it again, and again, and again. Okay that's enough. And yeah eat it, too!
