I have been using this product for 10 years in kitchens. This is the only brand I use as well. Others have a much higher sodium content and you can taste it. This is perfect. I use this in two of my signature sauces as well as to add a kick to braises. You will pay double from your distributor so buy this while it’s in stock.

Great low carb alternative to spice up your food. I like this with drier foods like noodles or to spice up a dipping condiment. It doesn't have the sweetness of Sriracha but has a nice chili flavor which good.
