This griddle is designed for high volume operations. Not every restaurant is looking for the same thing. That’s why Garland offers both manual—hi-low—and thermostatic controls. Both versions feature a full, 1” thick griddle plate available in standard or chrome. Griddles with the hi-low control are powered by a 27,000BTU burner for every 12” of griddle plate. That delivers consistent surface temperature across the griddle and ensures quick heat up and recovery time, not to mention and impressive temperature range of 320 – 730 degrees Fahrenheit.
