So everything when you buy it from us is going to be super high quality. Most of it's stainless steel, which is really, really nice stuff. So, okay, let's just go through everything. You can get all this on soul stove.com. We just don't want to go over and skip over things. Be like, what are that? What is that? Yeah, what are that? I can't talk.

Speaker 1: And some of these are available in bundles as well. You can bundle your purchase online if you feel like you want all these accessories. I mean, that is available to you as well. Okay, I'm grabbing two. So should we start with peels?

Speaker 2: Let's start with peels.

Speaker 1: Let's start with peels. Let's start with the first one, which is the bamboo peel. Now this peel has a specific function, what we have been using it for, and what we recommend is to essentially build your pizza on this peel. And by build, I mean stretch it out, have it on the surface sauce it, cheese it, topping it, and you're good to go. And then this peel is also the great option to launch the pizza into the oven. So you see this width here is a perfect width to measure your pizza with, and then it's going to launch straight into the pie. No problem at all. So you know you're not going to be oversized. You're going to be just the right perfect size.

Speaker 2: Yep. And we're going to do that in just a couple of minutes.

Speaker 1: We absolutely are. Yeah.

Speaker 2: Peel number two, this is the stainless steel peel. This is mainly designed for removing your pizza. Yes. And it's a little bit, I don't know, how would you say it, the difference between the stainless steel peel and the bamboo peel. How would you describe it?

Speaker 1: I would describe it as if you need one peel and one peel only. The stainless peel is the way to go because you can launch off of it, you can build on it, you can remove it, you can take the pizza out and turn it yourself. So that's like the do it all peel. The other peels have very specific and awesome functions because they really enhance the experience of cooking and turning your pizza. But the stainless peel is like if you only are going to get one, that's the one. It's got ribs in it to make sure that it's nice and sturdy. It's 3 0 4 food grade stainless steel. And it does a great job.

Speaker 2: You did a nice job.

Speaker 1: It's nice and thin so it gets under your pizzas and yeah,

Speaker 2: It's great. Okay, so this is the next, it looks similar to the stainless steel peel. This is my favorite. This is the stainless steel turner. My favorite too, this is when you're making your pizza, this is what you're going to use the most. You're going to have this in your hand. Your pizza is cooking, you're going to be rotating with it. And really that's what it is. It's kind of straightforward. It is the turner, it's got the Solo stove logo on. I don't know if you guys can see that. All of these do, let me turn it there. There we go, Solo stove logo. Yeah, I got to get the glare right. Nice. But these are all super high quality. That's the turn.

Speaker 1: Again, 3 0 4 stainless steel food grade. And like he was saying, this is the peel that makes you feel like you're a pizza chef because you're in the oven, you're turning it around. This is the one that makes it gets me out of bed in the morning. Yeah, it's exciting. The turning peel is fun.

Speaker 2: There's not another tool quite like this, right? You don't have this probably in your kitchen right now. And because of that, it feels special while you're using it. And also you can play ping pong if you want to.

Speaker 1: Well, it's got like a small diameter and so it's not going to take up the whole space of the oven. So the small diameter is going to help you maneuver the pizza while keeping it on the stone. Yes. I like the turning peel. Big fan.

Speaker 2: I was getting ready to do to set it back on top of here, but let me show you guys this.

Speaker 1: Bring it on over.

Speaker 2: It's a little warm. It's been sitting on top of the oven, but that's what it's designed to do. So this is the silicone mat. This sits on top. Matt is going to take the shot of the mat. There we go. Sits on top of the pizza oven. It's got the Solo stove logo on it, and when you place it on top, it can take the temperatures and then it allows you to set your tools on top of the pizza oven. So you've got another surface that you can interact with. And you've got tons of surface area from using the accessories and making your pizza. So that's the silicone mat. Totally optional. I like it. Awesome.

Speaker 1: Mat is awesome too.

Speaker 2: It makes a pizza oven, it gives it a little different kind of character to it. And I think it looks great sitting on top of the pizza oven.

Speaker 1: I think it does too. I like the pattern on top of it. I like the logo on there and I, if you've ever been to a super New York style pizzeria, they'll be like throwing pizzas in the oven and then they'll just chuck their peel on top of the oven. I mean, I kind of feel like that with this one. So I'm like turning my pizzas and then I just put it right on top and it's awesome. Yep. So feel like a real pizzaiolo on it.

Speaker 2: You're going to feel like a pizza chef, right? Very quickly. Okay. You got two more things for you.

Speaker 1: Yeah. So we'll talk about cutter first. Pizza cutter. I mean, that's a standard, right? Got to have something to cut the pizza with after you're finished cooking it when it looks nice and tasty. Give it the old one two and you're good to go. Yeah.

Speaker 2: You'll see different shapes of, you guys all have seen a pizza cutter before. This is a time tested design. It's perfectly ergonomic to fit inside your hand and you just kind of slice through a pizza pretty quickly. Very sharp, stainless, three or four stainless. So that is a great, if you don't have a pizza cutter, that's a great one, great one to get.

Speaker 1: And all these things that we just talked about are machine washable except for these silicone mat. You should just do that with hand soap. But that one's a quick clean, but all the peels, the cutter, all of those, those are machine washable. So very simple cleanup going to come looking brand spanking. Yep.

Speaker 2: Okay. Next up we've got, in fact, we already launched this with the cooking system.

Speaker 2: The cooking system for the fire pit. So you guys may have seen this before. This is the laser thermometer. You've got a digital readout right here, shoots, it's kind of like a gun and it shoots a beam, which you guys can kind of see maybe right there. And allows you to know what temperature your cooking surfaces on your stone. So right now we're sitting at like 700 in the middle. So it's perfect for pizzas. As long as you're above six 50, you're good to go. And this is just a, I would say it's almost a must.

Speaker 1: I think it is a must. Yeah. Yeah. So that you know what temperature you're launching your pizzas at. It's just going to make sure that your pizzas are cooking both on the bottom and the top. It's going to make sure that give you the peace of mind that yes, it's the correct time to launch. And as you learn and as you go cooking more and more pizzas, it's just going to come natural to you. Like, oh yeah, it's been 15 minutes of heat up time. We're good to go.

Speaker 2: Yeah. And you can check and see if people have a fever. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (07:04): You're good. I think I'm good. You're all right. Yeah. We tested earlier. We sure did.

Speaker 2: Yeah. So that's the thermometer. What else do we have?

Speaker 1: We got the stand.

Speaker 2: The stand. Yeah. You talk about the stand. I'm going to grab the shelter. We have the last two.

Speaker 1: Sure. So this stand is currently still in development, so it will be coming soon. But what we can say is there are going to be two shelves and then you can kind of consider the top of the pie to be another third surface. You've also got a place for the propane tank below. It's going to come on four caster wheels, but it's a great place to put your pie. It's easy to wheel around if you need to, going to give you great surfaces to put all your peels and whatnot while you're cooking. So, the stand is awesome. It looks great. It really compliments the shape of pie, and we're excited for that to come out. Again. It's going to be coming soon. Don't really have a timeline for y'all right now, but keep your eyes peeled. You see that?

Speaker 2: I see what you did there.

Speaker 1: I hate myself for doing that. I'm so sorry.

Speaker 2: Yeah, that's your exit right there. Okay, so the last one that is, so the stand is the only accessory that's not available at launch. So that will be coming soon, but very soon. The last thing we've got here is the shelter. This is a waterproof cover for your pizza oven, so you can leave it out at all times. It's got the, so list of logo here, it has a cutout on the back that you can change. This piece right here, it's Velcro. So let's hear some Velcro sounds. That's nice.

Speaker 1: There you go.

Speaker 2: I like the sound of Velcro. I do. So you can actually change this out for the gas burner. Correct. So if you have the gas burner on there, you are covered. It's got these little carry things that you can put the removal tool for the wood-fired piece. So this is shelter for the pie available on solostove.com.

Speaker 1: Shelter's awesome. Shelter's great. It comes in gray or black. So if you have the gray shelter for your fire pit, you can get a gray shelter for your pizza oven as well. They look great. And like Chris said, regardless of if you get the gas burning option or just stick with the wood burning, one shelter is going to fix all of that because it adapts to whichever unit you have.
