Quickly and easily repel moles and gophers with this Victor® Pest M9012-1 Sonic Spike mole and gopher repellent! This repellent chases away moles and gophers, leaving them unharmed, using a sound that irritates moles and gophers. One spike covers up to 7,500 sq. ft. with a sonic pulse emitting every 30 seconds. The pulse operates in a circular pattern, approximately 95 ft. in diameter, to chase away moles and gophers. Requires 3 "D" batteries (sold separately) per spike.

The removable battery sleeve provides convenient access to change batteries. A spike will work for 4-6 months on one set of batteries. Within 7-14 days of continuous use, moles and gophers will start to leave the area. Moist clay is the best conductor of sound; whereas dry, sandy, peat soil does not conduct sound waves easily.
