Optimize your delivery or catering operation with this versatile Vesture 15" x 23 1/2" x 17" heavy-duty thermal chafer pan carrier delivery system. This thermal bag is tough and well-insulated. It features rigid, removable wall inserts and a reinforced vinyl bottom, providing superior stability, longevity, and allowing you to stack it while keeping the contents perfectly safe. With the inserts removed, the bag collapses flat to minimize storage requirements. A 3-shelf system also provides a framework of support on the inside of the bag, facilitating the vertical stacking of food pans without needing to rest pans on those below them and risk damaging your food.

This spacious pan carrier holds up to 3 full size food pans, maximizing the amount of food you'll be able to deliver in one go. To optimize the length of time you are able to hold food at proper serving temperature, or to accommodate holding specific dishes and arrangements, the design of the bag can hold up to 3 electric heating pads and includes 2 small Velcro® openings on the sides through which their cords can be run while charging. Thanks to the removable, collapsible accordion shelving, you will enjoy the flexibility of being able to store a custom assortment of pans, whether they are 2", 4", or 6" deep, on any of the levels. Each of the 3 shelves contains a pocket that secures compatible heating elements. One LavaPac electric heating element is included.

With the resilient double strap and a Velcro® handle that joins it together in the center, this bag is easy to carry with one hand and ensures perfectly balanced weight distribution for the benefit of the operator and the food. When you're ready to unload at delivery sites, the front-loading design with a waterproof zipper closure makes doing so simple and effective. Additionally, a large 9" x 11 1/2" clear vinyl window pouch accommodates standard 8 1/2" x 11" paper so you can conveniently store order invoices and receipts to keep track of deliveries and make identification upon delivery a breeze.

The included LavaPac heating element is designed to store heat while charging, reaching a temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit in just 15 to 18 minutes, and retaining the heat for 2 to 3 hours. It is especially effective at maintaining food-safe temperatures for mobile caterers who need to keep food warm for an extended period of time. To use the LavaPac, simply place it with the printed side up in the bag. Plug it into a conventional 120V, 20A outlet using the 65" long cord, and lead the cord out of 1 of the 2 Velcro® side openings, keeping the cover closed. When charging is complete, load hot food into the bag and you're ready to go! Use hand protection if transporting the element while hot.

The LavaPac consists of a dual heating element made of phase change material wrapped in a thick 200 denier nylon sleeve. This durable sleeve is sure to protect it during years of reliable use in commercial applications. You can increase the performance of this hot food delivery system by purchasing multiple packs (sold separately) to fill the designated slots and charging them all in one go. Each pack uses 2.5 amps, 60 hertz of electricity while charging. A single 120V, 20A outlet can safely charge up to 5 packs heating simultaneously. To maintain a sanitary operation, this pack is easy to clean and maintain. Simply dilute a mild detergent and spray it on a clean towel, gently wiping both sides of the pack and the cord. When not in use, keep the LavaPac protected in a clean and dry, clear full size food pan away from moisture and chemicals. Ensure that the insulated bag or other delivery vessel of choice remains dry while using the LavaPac heating element.
