For safe and reliable operation, equip your material handling operation with this Vestil tilt table! Ideal for tilting pallets, boxes, crates, or baskets in your shipping and receiving operations, this tilt table's lip design easily facilitates container loading and unloading on three sides. It features a durable steel construction that provides long-lasting reliability in even the toughest environments. This table's ergonomic design reduces frequent bending and twisting by the operator, helping to minimize worker fatigue while its maximum tilt angle of 45 degrees allows for easy access to the platform surface. Its 48" x 47 1/4" platform provides ample working space while its impressive 4,000 lb. capacity allows the operator to work with heavy loads. Plus, the platform's 12" high end lip provides added support by preventing containers and parts from sliding off when the table is tilted. For optimal efficiency, this unit features a pressure-plated pump that is coupled to an application-specific manifold with modulated flow control and counterbalanced valves.

This tilt table can be operated from a safe distance of up to 8' away with the user-friendly, 24V, coil-corded, push-button handheld control with two buttons, providing optimal user control. It features a double-acting hydraulic cylinder. In the event of hydraulic failure, a safety down velocity fuse maintains platform height, while an upper and lower tilt limit switch automatically stops the unit at maximum and minimum height. For added safety and maximum stability, this tilt table features four 5/8" pre-drilled holes on the unit's anchor brackets for lagging the unit to the floor. It comes with a safety slot-locking restraint chain bracket. At only 22" in height when lowered, this table utilizes minimal floor space. To ensure a long service life, this unit is equipped with a 2 hp motor and requires a 460V, 3 phase power supply.
