Vestil Manufacturing Co PP-3072 Details
Ensure safe, efficient passage from trailers into your loading dock with this Vestil Edge-O-Dock dock leveler. This unit is designed for permanent installation on docks at least 48" high, and it requires an existing steel dock edge, approach ramp, or approach plate for installation. It features a solid steel construction with non-slip tread for a secure grip, and it has an impressive capacity of 30,000 lb. It comes with (2) 2" x 8" x 18" bumpers and installation instructions for quick and easy setup. It offers a service range of +/- 5" above or below dock level.
This unit includes wall-mount backets along with a hand pump, cylinder, 15' hydraulic line, and oil. It uses a hydraulic hand pump system to raise the leveler and extend the lip. By rotating the release valve, the deck can be lowered to rest upon the trailer. The lip automatically retracts behind the bumper face as the trailer departs. A concrete recess is not required when installing this dock leveler.
