Easily lift heavy plate material with this Vestil 7" x 2 3/4" x 23 1/2" blue steel vertical plate clamp with chain CPC-40. This durable clamp is ideal for lifting and pulling loads over long distances. It is designed for plate material with a surface hardness of up to 30 on the RC scale. It lifts one plate at a time in a vertical position, and it accepts plates up to 1" thick with a minimum weight of 800 lb. This clamp features a heavy-duty steel construction with a blue powder-coated finish, and it has an ample 4,000 lb. capacity.

The lifting eye includes a chain for additional versatility and durability. It includes an automatic clamp lock mechanism to secure loads. For proper operation of this clamp, plate material should be clean and oil-free. This clamp should not be used to lift loads that are less than 20% of the rated capacity. It should not be used on stainless steel or aluminum plates. This clamp meets ASME B30.20 safety standards. It is complete with a 3 3/4" diameter bale opening to attach to a hoisting device.
