This durable unit attaches to your fork truck, converting it into a hook with anchor to hang and haul heavy loads. It features a single fork design to fit onto a 2 1/2" wide fork. To secure onto the fork, this unit includes a 48" safety chain with screw clamps. It also includes a hook shackle, allowing it to be used for a variety of applications.

This hook is constructed of durable, heavy-duty steel with a zinc-plated coating for long-lasting use. It features a swivel latch and an impressive 4,000 lb. capacity.
