Typically you would not see an expiration date on these products, but instead a “best by” date. This date describes the optimal time to use the products for best flavor/results, but if stored properly, can last much longer. Our products are also designed for commercial use, and for that reason, there is an expectation that the products would be able to be used within at least 1 month of purchasing.

I believe they were spoiled from day one, though I didn't open them until I needed them. When I contacted support, they dismissed my concerns—claiming, “sprinkles are supposed to be crunchy and gross, and it's normal for customers to complain their ice cream cones taste horrible.” That response was shocking. If you're serious about your business, do not buy their sprinkles. With over 30 years in the ice cream industry, I’ve never encountered anything like this. Sprinkles should have a long shelf life, so this is especially alarming—and frankly, makes you wonder what they're putting in the packaging.
