Ensure proper operation of your sous vide machine with this VacPak-It rack and clapboard kit! This kit comes with 1 handle, 1 rack, and 1 inner tray to keep your sous vide machine running properly. The handle sits inside of the machine, allowing you to easily remove any cooked foods inside. The rack sits inside the unit, separating multiple sous vide packages, while also keeping them from touching the bottom of the unit. The inner tray sits inside the unit, allowing you to easily remove any cooked foods inside.

The handle, rack, and inner tray are direct replacements for the ones that come with your unit. These parts are compatible with the VacPak-It SVC100 sous vide circulator.
