This merchandiser features 3 double pane glass doors made with crystal-clear, Low-E glass, which promotes both visibility and energy efficiency. The lightweight door construction reduces door maintenance and bushing wear, which facilitates smoother door opening. With the entire cabinet structure foamed in place, it also features high-density polyurethane insulation. The digital temperature control and monitor system keeps food products safe, maintaining constant temperatures. Plus, an alarm sounds when the door is not sealed shut to protect against food spoilage from cold air leaks. A digital display is easy to read, and its programs interpret the system's condition by self-diagnosis, while the energy conserving fan control system conserves energy by at least 15% and increases the compressor life by up to 30%.
