Fantastic faucet. It's solid brass, every part, and weighs a ton. I couldn't see buying something made of cheap metal and plastic from a big box store at 1/4 the price only to have it inevitably leak and disintegrate - this industrial-grade faucet & sprayer will certainly outlast me and probably my house, too. This T&S MPY-8DWN-08-CR deck mounted mini pre-rinse faucet features a 24" flex hose and spring design that provides plenty of versatility in a variety of warewashing applications, while its reduced height makes it a great fit for commercial kitchens where space is at a premium! A 0.65 GPM low flow spray valve makes it easy to clear food debris off of dishes before washing them, while conserving water and saving you money on your utility bill. Additionally, an 8" add-on swing faucet makes your sink even more versatile, allowing you to switch between the pre-rinse setup and normal faucet depending on what you need! Designed specifically to make installation as fast and hassle-free as possible, this EasyInstall faucet also comes with 1/2" NPT female inlets on 8" adjustable centers.
This faucet features a 0.65 GPM spray valve (model B-0107-C) with an ergonomic squeeze handle. Its wrist action handles with color-coded indexes let you control the water using your wrists. Cerama ceramic cartridges provide excellent durability and leak resistance, since they use no seat washer and consume up to 20% less water than compression cartridges. Plus, check valves are included. This model features a durable chrome-plated brass construction, and a wall bracket is included for added support.

Can I get a spray valve with a higher flow rate (GPM)?
The maximum flow rate for all commercial pre-rinse spray valves produced after January 28, 2019 is 1.28 GPM – more specific regulations may apply based on the valve’s spray force in ounce-force (ozf).

Product Class 2 (5.01 - 8 ozf) – Max Flow Rate: 1.2 GPM

How do I use a wall bracket to stabilize a pre-rinse faucet?
Pre-rinse faucets with a riser may include a wall bracket to help use the wall for added stability. Pre-rinse faucets without a riser will generally not include or need a wall bracket.
If your unit comes with a bracket, or you plan on adding one, the bracket can be installed at whatever height you prefer, but to be effective it should be placed far enough above the base so as to inhibit movement to the riser – placing too close to the base may make it ineffective.
If you intend to use a wall bracket, consider potential concerns with the installation location, such as shelving or windows behind the faucet, that might limit where you can place the bracket.
How is the pre-rinse hose length measured?
Unless otherwise specified, the quoted hose length includes any grips or connectors at the end of the hose, so the actual working length of the hose may be slightly less than described. Please refer to the product's specsheet for more detailed dimensions.
I have a chemical injection system on my compartment sink. Can I use my pre-rinse faucet to supply water to it?
Yes! Item B-TEE-RGD is a rigid tee assembly that installs easily into an existing T&S pre-rinse faucet (or you can use it on a brand new faucet) and provides you with a means to deliver water to a chemical injection system, or other, similar sink accessories that may require a water supply.
What measurements do I need to install a faucet?
When installing a faucet, these are some of the most common measurements you’ll need:
Faucet Centers: If your faucet has a base with 2 inlets, measure the distance from the center of one inlet to the center of the other. This number must match the spacing of your building’s water lines (adjustable centers will help with the spacing). If mounting through the backsplash on a sink, the center measurement must also fit within the pre-drilled mounting holes.
Flex Hoses: If your faucet has flex hoses make sure that they will reach your building’s water lines.
Spout length: Make sure that the faucet spout will fit comfortably over your sink bowl and not extend too far / not far enough. If you plan to use a swing spout over a multi-bowl sink, make sure it will reach all of the bowls.
