Can I get a spray valve with a higher flow rate (GPM)?

A: The maximum flow rate for all commercial pre-rinse spray valves produced after January 28, 2019 is 1.28 GPM – more specific regulations may apply based on the valve’s spray force in ounce-force (ozf).

Product Class 1 (5 ozf or less) – Max Flow Rate: 1 GPM
Product Class 2 (5.01 - 8 ozf) – Max Flow Rate: 1.2 GPM
Product Class 3 (over 8 ozf) – Max Flow Rate: 1.28 GPM

How is the pre-rinse hose length measured?

Unless otherwise specified, the quoted hose length includes any grips or connectors at the end of the hose, so the actual working length of the hose may be slightly less than described. Please refer to the product's specsheet for more detailed dimensions.

What measurements do I need to install a faucet?

When installing a faucet, these are some of the most common measurements you’ll need:

Faucet Centers: If your faucet has a base with 2 inlets, measure the distance from the center of one inlet to the center of the other. This number must match the spacing of your building’s water lines (adjustable centers will help with the spacing). If mounting through the backsplash on a sink, the center measurement must also fit within the pre-drilled mounting holes.

Flex Hoses: If your faucet has flex hoses make sure that they will reach your building’s water lines.

Spout length: Make sure that the faucet spout will fit comfortably over your sink bowl and not extend too far / not far enough. If you plan to use a swing spout over a multi-bowl sink, make sure it will reach all of the bowls.

T&S Brass and Bronze Works BF-0140 Details

Upgrade your cleaning process with the T&S BF-0140 Big Flo pre-rinse unit with 68" hose and low flow angled spray valve and add-on faucet with 12" swing nozzle. The add-on EasyInstall faucet has a plain-end 12" swing nozzle and a (2) 4-arm handles with color-coded indexes to indicate water temperature. For wall mount configuration, the faucet uses 2" flanges with 3/4" NPT female inlets and adjustable centers from 7 3/4" to 8 1/4" for installation.

Dual 6" wall brackets support the 24" riser and the 18" riser that connect securely with a 3/8" NPT pipe coupling. The pre-rinse unit is built with a 68" flexible stainless steel hose, a balancer to maintain the hose's position, and a low flow 0.65 GPM angled spray valve. Additionally, the included vacuum breaker works to prevent backflow during continuous pressure use.
