Can I get a spray valve with a higher flow rate (GPM)?

A: The maximum flow rate for all commercial pre-rinse spray valves produced after January 28, 2019 is 1.28 GPM – more specific regulations may apply based on the valve’s spray force in ounce-force (ozf).

Product Class 1 (5 ozf or less) – Max Flow Rate: 1 GPM
Product Class 2 (5.01 - 8 ozf) – Max Flow Rate: 1.2 GPM
Product Class 3 (over 8 ozf) – Max Flow Rate: 1.28 GPM

These regulations do not impact spray valves made before January 28, 2019, and are implemented by the US Department of Energy in an effort to improve energy conservation.

Unless otherwise specified, the quoted hose length includes any grips or connectors at the end of the hose, so the actual working length of the hose may be slightly less than described. Please refer to the product's specsheet for more detailed dimensions.

What measurements do I need to install a faucet?

When installing a faucet, these are some of the most common measurements you’ll need:

Faucet Centers: If your faucet has a base with 2 inlets, measure the distance from the center of one inlet to the center of the other. This number must match the spacing of your building’s water lines (adjustable centers will help with the spacing). If mounting through the backsplash on a sink, the center measurement must also fit within the pre-drilled mounting holes.

Flex Hoses: If your faucet has flex hoses make sure that they will reach your building’s water lines.

Spout length: Make sure that the faucet spout will fit comfortably over your sink bowl and not extend too far / not far enough. If you plan to use a swing spout over a multi-bowl sink, make sure it will reach all of the bowls.

Upgrade your dishwashing process with this T&S B-5125-12CRB8TP EasyInstall wall mount workboard faucet with 12" swing nozzle and pull-down pre-rinse unit with 1.07 GPM sprayer. Secured to the wall with a sturdy 6" wall bracket and a 12" riser, this unit is built with a 30" flexible stainless steel hose, spring, air cylinder, and a 1.07 GPM spray valve that is perfect for removing stubborn food particles from dishes. The innovative pull-down design shuts the water off once it is released. The EasyInstall lock nut and bushing and 1/2" NPSM male inlets, with optional 1/4" NPT conversion, allow for easy connection.

The workboard faucet utilizes 8" centers for wall mount installation. Dual lever handles are color-coded to indicate water temperature and feature quarter-turn Cerama cartridges with check valves to ensure smooth operation. A 12" swing nozzle offers exceptional clearance over your sink and provides a clear, non-aerated flow of water through the attached stream regulator outlet.
