For optimum convenience, this model features a preassembled concealed EasyInstall faucet body that saves up to 50% on labor costs and up to 50% on installation time. The preassembled body eliminates the challenges associated with multiple connections beneath the mounting surface while preventing the side bodies from rotating or becoming misaligned.

This faucet is engineered for maximum durability and uses quarter-turn Eterna cartridges to adjust the flow rate. These cartridges provide excellent longevity thanks to a solid brass spindle and body. When the lever handles of this faucet are turned, the spindle lifts to allow water to pass through. T&S cartridges are designed with efficiency and convenience in mind, allowing you to swap out one piece in the event of a leak, instead of replacing multiple moving parts.
