The T&S B-2711 deck mounted lavatory faucet delivers quality and craftsmanship that you can depend on, whether you're installing this product as a brand new water fixture or replacing an old one. The spout measures 4 3/8" long, while the 2 5/16" clearance gives you plenty of space for washing hands. An aerator outlet at the end of the spout introduces air to the water supply to produce a soft stream that's ideal for most faucet applications, while maintaining a flow rate of approximately 2.2 GPM at 60 psi.

The faucet can operate at pressures between 20 - 125 psi and temperatures ranging from 40 - 140 degrees Fahrenheit. And since it is made from polished chrome-plated brass you can be sure that this faucet will stand up to even the most demanding environments for years to come. It features a single lever handle design and a ceramic cartridge that pivots to adjust the water flow and temperature. This ceramic cartridge style uses fewer moving parts than a standard compression cartridge, which greatly extends the life of the cartridge and saves you money on repair bills. Connection to your water lines is simple thanks to 4" centers and the inlet size is 1/2" NPSM male with coupling nuts included.

What measurements do I need to install a faucet?

When installing a faucet, these are some of the most common measurements you’ll need:

Faucet Centers: If your faucet has a base with 2 inlets, measure the distance from the center of one inlet to the center of the other. This number must match the spacing of your building’s water lines (adjustable centers will help with the spacing). If mounting through the backsplash on a sink, the center measurement must also fit within the pre-drilled mounting holes.

Flex Hoses: If your faucet has flex hoses make sure that they will reach your building’s water lines.

Spout length: Make sure that the faucet spout will fit comfortably over your sink bowl and not extend too far / not far enough. If you plan to use a swing spout over a multi-bowl sink, make sure it will reach all of the bowls.
