The hot water cartridges have a seat on them that breaks frequently. Yes, it is used in a commercial establishment, but the seats shouldn't break so easily and so often. The cartridges are installed properly and water is at correct temp. The cold water cartridges hold up very, very well. Soon I will look to replace all of my 3 T&S Faucet handles because of this problem with the hot water cartridges. If you are like me and need replacements, webstaurantstore.com does provide fair pricing compared to competitors. I wish they sold the hot water ones separate, however. I have a stockpile of cold ones that have never been used.
