This T&S B-0129-VB-08 wall mount pre-rinse unit with balancer, 68" hose, 1.07 GPM spray valve, vacuum breaker, and adjustable centers is perfect for removing stubborn food particles from your dishes. For easy installation, this wall mount unit features centers that are adjustable from 7 3/4" to 8 1/4", (2) 2" flanges with 1/2" NPT female inlets, and (2) 6" brackets that secure the risers into place. The entire pre-rinse assembly is elevated by (2) 24" risers that are connected with a 3/8" NPT pipe coupling and a 14" overhead extension arm with an adjustable tension balancer to provide better range of motion and to keep the hose out of the way when not in use.

The flexible 68" stainless steel hose is complete with a 1.07 GPM spray valve. Additionally, the included vacuum breaker works to prevent backflow during continuous pressure use. At the base of the pre-rinse unit, two color-coded lever handles provide clear indication of water temperature, and quarter-turn Eterna cartridges with spring checks prevent water crossflow.

Can I get a spray valve with a higher flow rate (GPM)?

The maximum flow rate for all commercial pre-rinse spray valves produced after January 28, 2019 is 1.28 GPM – more specific regulations may apply based on the valve’s spray force in ounce-force (ozf).

Pre-rinse faucets with a riser may include a wall bracket to help use the wall for added stability. Pre-rinse faucets without a riser will generally not include or need a wall bracket.

If your unit comes with a bracket, or you plan on adding one, the bracket can be installed at whatever height you prefer, but to be effective it should be placed far enough above the base so as to inhibit movement to the riser – placing too close to the base may make it ineffective.

If you intend to use a wall bracket, consider potential concerns with the installation location, such as shelving or windows behind the faucet, that might limit where you can place the bracket.

How is the pre-rinse hose length measured?

Unless otherwise specified, the quoted hose length includes any grips or connectors at the end of the hose, so the actual working length of the hose may be slightly less than described. Please refer to the product's specsheet for more detailed dimensions.

What measurements do I need to install a faucet?

When installing a faucet, these are some of the most common measurements you’ll need:

Faucet Centers: If your faucet has a base with 2 inlets, measure the distance from the center of one inlet to the center of the other. This number must match the spacing of your building’s water lines (adjustable centers will help with the spacing). If mounting through the backsplash on a sink, the center measurement must also fit within the pre-drilled mounting holes.

Flex Hoses: If your faucet has flex hoses make sure that they will reach your building’s water lines.

Spout length: Make sure that the faucet spout will fit comfortably over your sink bowl and not extend too far / not far enough. If you plan to use a swing spout over a multi-bowl sink, make sure it will reach all of the bowls.
