This unit features a 44" flexible stainless steel hose for superior durability in any setting, while the 1.07 GPM spray valve is designed to deliver maximum spray power and minimal utility costs. A heat-resistant handle protects the user as they grip the spray valve. The simple spring design helps hold the hose in place and provide additional support without limiting your mobility. A 12" add-on swing nozzle provides added versatility by allowing you to fill a sink and perform other functions that a spray valve may not be best-suited for.

This faucet's 8" centers make it simple to install, while the EasyInstall configuration saves time and money. It is engineered for maximum durability and uses Eterna compression cartridges to control the water flow. These cartridges provide excellent longevity thanks to a solid brass spindle and body. When the lever handles of this faucet are turned, the cartridge lifts to allow water to pass through. T&S cartridges are designed with efficiency and convenience in mind, allowing you to swap out one piece in the event of a leak, instead of replacing multiple moving parts.

Can I get a spray valve with a higher flow rate (GPM)?

The maximum flow rate for all commercial pre-rinse spray valves produced after January 28, 2019 is 1.28 GPM – more specific regulations may apply based on the valve’s spray force in ounce-force (ozf).

Pre-rinse faucets with a riser may include a wall bracket to help use the wall for added stability. Pre-rinse faucets without a riser will generally not include or need a wall bracket.

If your unit comes with a bracket, or you plan on adding one, the bracket can be installed at whatever height you prefer, but to be effective it should be placed far enough above the base so as to inhibit movement to the riser – placing too close to the base may make it ineffective.

If you intend to use a wall bracket, consider potential concerns with the installation location, such as shelving or windows behind the faucet, that might limit where you can place the bracket.

How is the pre-rinse hose length measured?

Unless otherwise specified, the quoted hose length includes any grips or connectors at the end of the hose, so the actual working length of the hose may be slightly less than described. Please refer to the product's specsheet for more detailed dimensions.

What measurements do I need to install a faucet?

When installing a faucet, these are some of the most common measurements you’ll need:

Faucet Centers: If your faucet has a base with 2 inlets, measure the distance from the center of one inlet to the center of the other. This number must match the spacing of your building’s water lines (adjustable centers will help with the spacing). If mounting through the backsplash on a sink, the center measurement must also fit within the pre-drilled mounting holes.

Flex Hoses: If your faucet has flex hoses make sure that they will reach your building’s water lines.

Spout length: Make sure that the faucet spout will fit comfortably over your sink bowl and not extend too far / not far enough. If you plan to use a swing spout over a multi-bowl sink, make sure it will reach all of the bowls.
