T&S Brass and Bronze Works B-0101 Details

This T&S B-0101 pre-rinse spray valve features a rose spray head, perfect for use in industrial kitchens. For superior flexibility during rinsing, this pre-rinse spray valve includes a 38" long stainless steel hose, as well as a convenient, automatic shut-off valve which shuts off spray flow when the handle is released. This unit measures 42" in overall length and has a 2.2 GPM at 60 PSI.

Can I get a spray valve with a higher flow rate (GPM)?

A: The maximum flow rate for all commercial pre-rinse spray valves produced after January 28, 2019 is 1.28 GPM – more specific regulations may apply based on the valve’s spray force in ounce-force (ozf).

Product Class 1 (5 ozf or less) – Max Flow Rate: 1 GPM
Product Class 2 (5.01 - 8 ozf) – Max Flow Rate: 1.2 GPM
Product Class 3 (over 8 ozf) – Max Flow Rate: 1.28 GPM

These regulations do not impact spray valves made before January 28, 2019, and are implemented by the US Department of Energy in an effort to improve energy conservation.

This thing is not the replacement for the item that was attached to the T&S Faucet assembly I purchased, although T&S says this hose and sprayer is the replacement part; unfortunately, for me, it is a full 10" shorter than the part it is replacing. For the price of this item, it could have been the correct length. AND why didn't I measure the old hose before ordering? Because it is tucked up into an area that is difficult to reach and I assumed/trusted, that when I contacted T&S they would have given me the correct part number. I even cross checked the numbers. T&S has gone way down hill. Also, their faucets are extremely poor quality now.

The hose on this sprayer failed after 2 weeks. It started leaking a bit where the fitting connected to the hose and within a few more days the hose itself started leaking at just about its entire length. I could not recommend this sprayer and hose.
